Benjamin Rodriguez is the Team Leader of Financial Reporting Valuation and a Senior Manager of Corporate Valuation Consulting in the firm’s Forensic and Valuation Services team.
With more than nine years of experience in Business Valuation, he heads the internal audit Corporate Valuation Consulting practice and oversees the complex financial instrument team.
He has experience in valuation for financial reporting, tax, and gift and estate purposes and specializes in valuation of complex financial instruments, including, but not limited to, contingent consideration, convertible debt, SAFE and options/warrants.
In addition, Ben is a Certified Valuation Analyst with extensive experience across various industries and valuation topics. He is a frequent speaker and has presented on subjects such as “Valuation Updates for the Tech Industry” (2024), “Current Developments in Fair Value Measurements” (July 2023), and “Business Valuations: Common Methods and Scenarios” (June 2023).
