With over 20 years of experience, Allen serves as the West Coast Team Leader for the Technology and Emerging Growth Services Group. He has significant expertise in serving emerging-stage software and technology companies and has previously worked at Big Four firms. He also has experience with IPO and SPAC transactions, served on boards for multi-million dollar companies and assisted with high-value M&A transactions.
