Andrew DeSimone is a Senior Manager of Global Transfer Pricing on the Tax team. He has over 5 years of experience in accounting, specializing in transfer pricing and international tax. He manages and resolves international tax issues at all levels of the transfer pricing process, including planning, implementation and documentation studies, benchmarking analyses, intellectual property, valuations and Advanced Pricing Agreements, business strategies and restructuring. Andrew’s industry experience includes large U.S. multinationals as well as inbound companies operating in branch and subsidiary form within the U.S. in financial services, consumer products and retail, professional services and manufacturing.
