With over 20 years of experience in the machinery and equipment valuation field, Brian is the Team Leader of the Tangible Asset Valuation practice. He has experience in insurance, fixed assets, SBA collateral, and fair market valuations of machinery and equipment, construction, leasehold improvements and inventory with skills in project management, logistics, client relationships, policy and procedures review, report and database customization. He has worked on hundreds of fixed asset inventories and appraisals completed for industrial, commercial, governmental and healthcare organizations.
