Carolina Rosenthal is an Audit Principal, with over 20 years of experience in public accounting, Carolina helps companies achieve their goals by ensuring their financial reporting is in accordance with the required guidelines and useful for management’s analysis. She specializes in planning and executing audit engagements for public and private, small and large companies in the real estate and life sciences industries.  

Acting as their trusted advisor for both technical and operational issues, she works closely with client CFOs and Controllers. Carolina is an expert in planning and performing risk assessments for engagements and manages staff to ensure the plan is executed on schedule and on budget. Her ability to build strong relationships allows her to personalize solutions for each client and create unique audit committee presentations, providing guidance specific to each issue. 

Carolina has experience with GAAP and SEC rules and regulations and has performed walkthroughs and tests of controls related to SOX 404 to find and correct deficiencies.

She is a multitasking master, leading multiple engagements simultaneously with a history of delivering successful results on time and under budget. Her talent for research helps her obtain an understanding of technical accounting and auditing issues related to accounting pronouncements and apply them to client-specific circumstances.
