Get to Know Me

Frank is an emeritus partner based in Withum’s East Brunswick office and has over 35 years of accounting and auditing experience. He is a licensed certified public accountant in New Jersey and New York, with extensive experience in the Firm’s Financial Service niche (hedge funds, mutual funds, ETFs, Broker-Dealers and Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) entities) and closely held entities.

Frank is the past president of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA), and held the roles of Treasurer, chair of the NJCPA Peer Review Executive Committee, and chair of the NJCPA Accounting and Auditing Standards Interest Group. Frank was a member of the AICPA Peer Review Board which is the senior technical committee that established and conducted a program for AICPA member firms engaged in the practice of accounting and auditing.

Frank is a frequent lecturer on accounting and auditing topics as well as the NJCPA’s required NJ Law & Ethics program.

Frank looks to contribute to his community whenever possible. One of his favorite activities is cooking his world-famous baked ziti for two battered women’s shelters during Withum’s Week of Caring.

During his free time, you can find Frank on the tennis courts, on golf courses or on the high seas in his boat.
