Luca Panarelli is a strategic tax advisor with deep expertise in tax planning and consulting. His areas of specialization include business tax compliance, income tax provisions, tax credits and incentives, sales tax, transfer pricing, and international tax.
Luca also provides tax advisory related to M&A due diligence, capital raises, entity formation, and exit planning, including Section 1202 Qualified Small Business Stock planning.
Luca has focused his career with the Technology and Emerging Growth Industry Services team and serves as the leader for the Digital Health Services vertical. This specialized team caters to many well-known businesses, leveraging its robust industry knowledge. From pre-revenue startups to established enterprises, Luca’s guidance spans the entire client lifecycle.
