With over 16 years of industry experience, Jason has experience in audit and consulting services related to the implementation and application of complex technical accounting matters, evaluating and implementing internal controls for SOX compliance and adequacy to address financial statements and business risks and audit procedures related to one-time transactions, including IPOs, acquisitions and dispositions. 

He is a former Audit Senior Manager at a Big 4 firm where he primarily worked on large, accelerated filers and medium-sized public companies. Prior to that, he was the CFO and Director of SEC Reporting at another company. Throughout his career, he has provided guidance on complex accounting and advisory matters regarding revenue recognition, leases, SOX 404, and debt and equity transactions among other areas.
