Get to Know Me

Julie Tracy is an IT professional with more than twenty-five years of experience in cyber security and IT operations management, network administration and IT service delivery. She has been successful in directing operations of safeguarding information system assets by identifying and solving both potential and actual security problems, and protecting systems by defining access privileges, controlling infrastructures and resources, upgrading systems and security controls, and developing and executing remediation plans to mitigate security risks. 

Her expertise lies in risk assessment, security frameworks, vulnerability management, security assessments, vendor management, patch management, security awareness training and cyber threat intelligence. She also provides cyber advisory services, including cybersecurity assessments, risk mitigation strategies, third-party risk management and breach responses. 

In addition, she is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP). 

Give Back

Julie serves as an Advisory Board Member for the UNC Wilmington Center for Cyber Defense Education, actively contributes to Habitat for Humanity of Brunswick County, NC, and is a dedicated Board Member for the Family Service Association of Howard County.
