Laura Smith is a partner in the Firm’s Private Client Services Team with over two decades of experience in accounting and tax.
As a trusted CPA advisor, she helps family-owned businesses, private equity clients and high-net-worth individuals across a wide range of industries with complex tax matters, including partnership structuring, multi-state compliance and transaction planning.
Laura brings a holistic perspective to her work, guiding family groups through business operations, estate and succession planning and trust-related matters to ensure aligned and informed decision-making. Known for her strategic insight and client-focused approach, she is a proven leader in tax operations, technology adoption and team development.
She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Massachusetts.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys playing board games, getting lost in a good book and taking peaceful walks in nature.
