She specializes in income tax provisions under ASC 740 for investment partnerships and covers tax compliance in various areas such as C Corps, flow-through entities and international tax. In her previous role at a Big 4 firm, Lei worked on transactional services with Mergers & Acquisitions group. Her industry specialization includes Real Estate and Financial Services.

Lei is fluent in Mandarin. Outside of the office, her hobbies include traveling and playing billiards
