Lynette Bartlomain is a Senior Manager and West Coast Team Lead for Real Estate Valuation in the firm’s Forensic and Valuation Services team. She has over 10 years of experience in Real Estate Valuation, Appraisal and Consulting.

She has performed services and/or supervised and reviewed work performed across the United States and the District of Columbia, including providing services on properties including multi-family residential, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use properties, single-family residences, vacant land and proposed single-family construction (appraisal, appraisal review and consultation services).

Lynette has a variety of experience in the following areas: valuation analyses, with and without Discount Cash Flow modeling,  mass appraisal analysis in addition to single asset analysis/reports, analyses in real estate damage economics and property valuation, including environmental contamination, natural disasters, industrial incidents, and other detrimental conditions that impact a wide variety of property types, including land, commercial and residential properties.

In addition, her professional accreditations and certifications include the following: Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in California MAI, Appraisal Institute SRA, Appraisal Institute AI-GRS, Appraisal Institute AI-RRS and Appraisal Institute.

A frequent speaker, she has presented at the Real Estate Damages Seminar, Tennessee Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (Continuing Education for Appraisers), in August 2020 and the Detrimental Conditions: Valuation, Stigma, and Damages, Appraisal Institute in Irvine, California, in August 2019.
