Get to Know Me

Rhonda Maraziti is Chief Marketing Officer with over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, joining Withum in 2006. Rhonda shares, “I have the honor and privilege of collaborating every day with an incredibly talented team of marketing, design, communications, pursuit, and digital professionals who develop and execute on the strategic initiatives which build our brand and drive new business to the firm. It’s pretty awesome.”

As the leader of Withum’s Marketing Department, Rhonda and her team are responsible for all marketing, advertising, branding, social media, communications, proposal writing, experience marketing, and public relations initiatives for Withum.

An advocate for the empowerment of Withum’s female professionals, Rhonda has been a long-time active member of Women of Withum (WoW, formerly Women’s Leadership Development Initiative/WLDI) and held the role of WoW co-leader for five years. She is currently a member of the Firm’s Operations Committee, proudly holding a ‘seat at the table’ with other C-suite executives and leaders of the Firm.

Give Back

Rhonda gives generously to various organizations whose mission is to advocate for women’s reproductive rights, clean oceans and related protective policy, and the safety and welfare of animals.

Work Hard/Play Hard

A long-time Jersey Shore resident, Rhonda enjoys spending time at the beach and riding bikes with her adored husband, as well as traveling around the globe given the opportunity. Family is priority, and she is incredibly proud of her blended family of six children, along with their significant others and their children.

Rhonda has accumulated many awards and recognitions for her hard work and success. She was named ROI Influencers: Women in Business in 2021, Professional Services: AAM Marketer of the Year in 2016, and NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business Honoree in 2013.
