Sherry Goode is a Practice Leader with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Digital Workplace Solutions. She helps clients achieve their goals by ensuring that the software development process is flexible, adaptable and responsive to changing requirements. This approach can lead to faster developmental times, better collaboration and improved customer satisfaction.
Sherry has her ICP-BAF ®, A-CSM ® and CSPO ® licenses, maximizing her knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum framework. With her experience in digital transformation and consulting, Sherry has been helping clients across various industries to leverage the power of agile frameworks and emerging technologies. Additionally, she has led and participated in several projects that involved designing, developing and deploying innovative solutions using emerging technologies. Sherry facilitated workshops, trainings and coaching sessions to foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation and continuous improvement among project teams and its stakeholders. She is passionate about delivering value to the clients and driving positive change in the organization, as well as demonstrating 360 leadership within our organization. Sherry was also a Withum Strength of Client Service Award Nominee.

From 2021 to 2023, Sherry acted as both the Technology Peer Group Co-Chair and the Management Education Committee Member, for ABC Metro Washington, the rapid transit system running through the Washington metropolitan area. Additionally, she has written multiple articles regarding Tips, Processes, and Scrum Best Practices. Sherry is also a member of the BLAAC TRMG and the disAbility TMRG, both organizations within the Firm created to make a safe and inclusive environment for all employees, providing support across the organization and ensuring that everyone has access to the resources they need.
Work Hard/Play Hard
In her free time, Sherry is a Plant Mom and enjoys gardening and arranging flowers to create beautiful bouquets. Outside of the garden, Sherry is busy training for a half marathon and raising money for Multiple Myeloma Research Fund. To express her creative side, she has a passion for interior design, sewing and event planning, as well as enjoying dogs and grilling.
