Vince Phorn is a partner at Withum and has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. He advises clients in the technology  industry on navigating complex accounting transactions. Vince thrives on breaking down complicated scenarios into understandable actions to help his clients meet their goals.  

As the leader of Withum’s California Technology and Emerging Growth Practice, Vince serves as the go-to for established companies and tech start-ups to reach and exceed their business goals. He primarily works with privately owned and publicly traded companies, ranging from the emerging growth stage to those with revenues upwards of $3 billion, on various attest engagements. 

Vince has the privilege of hearing and being part of his clients’ journeys. Each story is unique, with some sharing similarities and others standing out for their differences. He cherishes learning about the sources of his clients’ inspiration and the perseverance that drove them through numerous challenges to reach their current stage. A dedicated husband and father, Vince spends his free time with his family. They enjoy traveling to their home country in Japan, going on weekend road trips, exploring the outdoors and visiting Disneyland.
