Since its official release in 2023, Microsoft 365 Copilot, now enhanced with Copilot Pages, has made remarkable strides in redefining workplace productivity and collaboration. Utilizing the power of advanced AI, Copilot has seamlessly integrated into daily workflows, bringing unparalleled efficiency and innovation. From automating mundane tasks to providing intelligent insights, Copilot’s capabilities have continuously evolved, demonstrating Microsoft’s commitment to empowering users with cutting-edge technology.

On September 16, 2024, Microsoft announced the latest update to Microsoft 365 Copilot: Copilot Pages. This new feature transforms Copilot from a solitary tool into a collaborative powerhouse, allowing you and your team members to work together on shared projects more efficiently.

With Copilot Pages, teams can now directly interact with Copilot on a unified page, enabling an environment of seamless collaboration and innovation. This update signifies a major shift in how Copilot can enhance teamwork, underscoring Microsoft’s dedication to creating collaborative experiences that drive productivity and collective success.

Copilot Pages is now being rolled out to Microsoft 365 Copilot Licensed users, with all other M365 subscribers set to receive this update in the coming months. To make the most of this powerful new collaborative tool, simply ask Copilot a question as you normally would, then select the new “Edit in Pages” button to open the page on the right-hand side of your screen.

This will copy that response directly to this new page, where you can begin making necessary updates to suit your project’s needs. This feature will enable you and your team members to collaborate in real time, enhancing both efficiency and creativity.

After selecting “Edit in Pages,” you can share a link to the page or tag team members directly within the page to initiate collaboration. The interface is akin to Microsoft Loop, allowing the embedding of components directly into the page and facilitating real-time team interaction. This feature can be used in both the Web and Work version of Copilot. Once you have created a page, you can return to it at any time by selecting the chat in which the page was initially created from your Copilot conversation history. Alternatively, these pages can be accessed via the “Pages” tab located on Microsoft365.com.

This convenient feature ensures that your collaborative efforts are always within reach, allowing you and your team to seamlessly pick up where you left off, fostering continuous productivity and innovation.
