Deep has extensive experience advising emerging companies in capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general financial strategy matters, and has represented prominent technology and media companies in New York, San Francisco, London and Los Angeles in financing transactions.

Having advised over 200 growth stage clients, Deep is among a select few finance and accounting practitioners in New York who focuses exclusively on emerging companies. His vision for Withum is to work tightly with other practice areas to assist Founders, CEOs and CFOs with traditional tax and audit functions as well as nontraditional advisory operations. These advisory services encompass guiding venture capital and private equity backed companies with internal accounting needs, board meetings, investor relations, forecasting, ERP implementation, term sheet modeling/negotiations, capital structure, budgeting and organizational cash flow.
