The annual Withum Week of Caring (WWoC) took place last week, and team members made the biggest impact in their communities yet. From assisting with food banks, park clean-ups, toy drives, senior centers, 5ks runs, and more, Withum team members utilized the annual give-back days to better the communities in which they live and work.

Give Back is one of the ten tenets of the Withum Way—a code that team members work and live by. As Withum approaches its 50th anniversary, volunteerism and community outreach continue to be an integral part of the Firm’s culture on which it was founded. Withum sponsors give back efforts and events all year, including National Intern Day events, PTO donations, and scholarship sponsorships.
Having the capacity to give back, whether it be with time, action or money, is a privilege. It is not only vital to Withum's culture, but it instills volunteerism in the next generation of professionals. As the firm grows, I’m proud that we're able to expand the reach of WWoC to create a positive impact in more communities. We want to be known in our neighborhoods, old and new, as a force for good.
