Withum is proud to share that Great Place to Work® has named the Firm as one of this year’s Fortune Best Workplaces for Women.
Ranking in the top 100 for the first time, Great Place to Work® recognized the Firm for making sure women across all intersections feel valued, seen and supported through our benefits, work events and schedules, interwoven with a clear career path supported by development and mentorship opportunities while creating a positive work environment.
Since July, Withum team members celebrated several recognitions across the nation. Fatema Raza was recently recognized on NJBIZ’s 2024 Leading Women in Business List and 2024 40 Under 40 List. In addition, Caroline Weirich was named on the MACPA 2024 Woman to Watch, Emerging Leader Category. The Los Angeles Business Journal also named Kerra Diener and Lilit Nersisyan to their Leaders of Influence: Women in Accounting list and Kim Ravenell as a finalist in their Women’s Symposium Awards. Withum was also recognized by Most Loved Workplace as a Top Most Loved Workplaces for Parents and Caregivers in 2024.
In addition, the Firm’s Women of Withum Team Member Resource Group, which was originally formed in 1999, provides additional opportunities to empower women at the Firm with the tools they need to succeed, through motivation, advocacy and elevation.
This year’s Best Workplaces for Women award measures self-identified women’s survey responses, compares them to those of their peers, and analyzes the extent to which women’s demographic backgrounds or positions within the organization change that experience. Statements are weighted according to their relevance in describing the most important aspects of an equitable workplace for women.
