Kerra Diener, CPA, is a Partner assisting multi-national and multi-state business entities with a wide range of federal and state tax topics. Her clients operate in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution and logistics, professional services, real estate, theatre and entertainment, and the cannabis sector.

Kerra actively supports several charitable causes and community programs: she is a fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society; has been the scorekeeper for West Ranch High School’s Softball team; and, until recently, volunteered with Girl Scouts of America.

Lilit Nersisyan is an audit Principal with over 12 years of experience in financial services. She guides clients to implement consistent and streamlined controls and specializes in financial reporting, GAAP, GAAS and Alternative Investment audits. Lilit is active in her local community and volunteers at a variety of events. She attends Autism Speaks Walks, Habitat for Humanity events, and supports Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
