Withum is proud to share that Michael Ritchie, Senior Manager, was recognized by The M&A Advisor on their 15th Annual Emerging Leaders list.
Michael is a Senior Manager on Withum’s Transaction Advisory Services Team. He has over 15 years of experience and specializes in transaction advisory on both the buy and sell sides, M&A strategy, and working with sellers for go-to-market strategies across multiple industries.
He works closely with strategic acquirers and private equity on integration and growth strategies. Michael is an active team member and thought leader within the Firm. He contributes to firm-wide initiatives and events specifically for Healthcare Advisory Services and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Services.
Michael is an active member of the Orange County community. He serves as a treasurer and board member for the Tustin Public Schools Foundation. The foundation’s primary goal is to improve student’s educational experience in the Tustin community by funding programs and materials. He also volunteers as a coach for the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) Tustin, Region 96 and the Tustin Western Little League.
