Winner of Withum’s Innovative Strength Award Announced

Congratulations to Withum’s Innovative Strength Award winner,
Jason Dasilva, founder of AXS Lab and developer of AXS Map. Jason creatively uses media and technology to help bring awareness and advocacy to disabled individuals on a global level.

Diagnosed with primary progressive multiple sclerosis at age 25,
Jason’s journey is captured in the Emmy award winning documentary, When I Walk. His story is truly inspiring.

Listen to his #StrengthStory commercial, which will be aired on Bloomberg Radio!

Throughout 2017, Withum is hosting a new Strength Stories campaign, which is an employee recognition nomination program for staff, clients and those external entities with whom they work. Employee winners will have the opportunity to appear in a radio commercial aired on Bloomberg Radio to share their strength story.

Our next category, Administrative Strength, celebrates the strength in internal or external customer/client/colleague service, professionalism, performance and commitment beyond the normal responsibility scope.

Upcoming categories and their nomination requirements include Client Service Strength, for providing our clients with service that goes above and beyond expectations; Entrepreneurial Strength, for developing a comprehensive business plan to scope, manage and achieve team objectives; Culture Strength, for fostering a positive, creative and collaborative workplace culture to enhance performance and drive growth; and Community Strength, for voluntarily lending time, energy and expertise to a community service organization.
