Exciting things are happening at Withum! As of July 1, a new class of leaders will take their places across the Firm’s industry, regional, and internal teams.
These individuals were chosen for their technical expertise, leadership acumen and their dedication to living the Withum Way. As long-term members of these teams, this new leadership class is equipped with all the tools needed to continue the successes of their predecessors and continue to innovate for the future, keeping Withum at the forefront of the profession, and propelling clients ahead of the curve.
Industry Leadership Transitions
Industry practice leaders head teams of highly specialized professionals and oversee a practice’s success. They are deeply immersed in their respective industries and have mastered the art of mentorship and collaboration.
- Colleen Fay is promoted to practice leader of Withum’s Financial Services Team, succeeding Tom Angell.
- Michael George is promoted to co-leader of the Healthcare Services Team, joining Scott Mariani.
- Stuart McCallum was promoted to Consumer Products practice leader, succeeding Glenn Bellomy.*
- Brad Caruso was promoted to practice leader of the Not-for-Profit and Education Services Team, succeeding Jim Decker.*
- Wendy Terry was promoted to practice leader of the Professional Services Industry Team, succeeding Paul Gergel.*

Chief Regional Officer
Withum is excited to announce that Scott Price is the Firm’s first Chief Regional Officer. The Chief Regional Officer will oversee the Partners-in-Charge, furthering Withum’s regional growth strategies and maintaining cohesion among the Firm’s 24 U.S. offices.

- Scott Reddersen is promoted to partner-in-charge of the Firm's Washington, DC, office, succeeding Scott Price.
- Lenny Smith is promoted to partner-in-charge of the Firm's Woburn, MA, office, succeeding Bill Rucci.
- Andrew Hills is promoted to partner-in-charge of the Firm's San Diego, CA, office, succeeding Doug Pallotta.
TMRGs Leadership Transitions
Withum’s Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs) appoint leaders who have a demonstrated passion for their group and excel in spearheading creative projects and initiatives that celebrate their stories. TMRG leaders are involved in their communities and strive to advocate, support and celebrate their fellow team members. This year, three TMRGs welcome new leaders.
- Karen Garner and Jasmina Woodson are appointed to the BLAAC TMRG leadership team.
- Moises Gutierrez and Karol Haugan are appointed to the HOLA TMRG leadership team.
- Samantha Greenbaum and Terri Romash are appointed to lead the Parents Network.
