Withum is proud to share that two Withum team members, Brad Caruso and Austin Hagaman, have been named on NJBIZ’s 40 Under 40 List for 2022.
Brad Caruso is a Partner and Leader of Withum’s Not-for-Profit and Education Services Team. With fifteen years of experience in public accounting, he acquired a Certified Fraud Examiner license in addition to his CPA. He has been an integral part of rolling out firm audit technology and process and also leads Withum’s project management team, a strategic priority for the Firm. Brad is also the host of Withum’s Civic Warriors podcast, which shares stories from nonprofit leaders that motivate and build consensus in the nonprofit community. No stranger to giving back, Brad is active in his community, serving as Vice President and 2nd Lieutenant at Montgomery Township Volunteer Fire Company No. 1.
Austin Hagaman is a Wealth Advisor and Principal at Withum Wealth Management. He has been a team member for over a decade and holds Chartered Financial Analyst®, Certified Financial Planner® and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor® designations in addition to his Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative license. Austin works closely with clients to provide personalized, integrated wealth management solutions for families and individuals alike, including assistance with complex needs and implementing multi-asset class investment portfolios. Passionate about volunteering, Austin serves on multiple committees for Covenant House, a nonprofit serving homeless youth nationwide.
40 Under 40 is an annual list that honors 40 local professionals for their promising success and leadership. After an open nomination process, an independent panel of judges names the honorees, who will be celebrated in a virtual event in September.
