Withum’s Veteran Team Member Resource Group (TMRG) and Not-for-Profit ServicesTeam proudly sponsored a total of 2,242 wreaths, in conjunction with team members from all Withum’s U.S.offices,for Wreaths Across America’s annual wreath-laying ceremony.
Wreaths Across America coordinates wreath-laying ceremonies across the country each year to honor fallen veterans during the holiday season. Volunteers from coast to coast sponsor and participate in the ceremonies by traveling to over 2,500 cemeteries across the country and laying garland wreaths on each veteran’s grave—from those who served in the Revolutionary War to present-day conflicts.
Withum sponsored wreaths for 22 sites in eight states and Puerto Rico, and Withum team members volunteered to place wreaths at over a dozen locations, including Arlington National Cemetery.NJ-based team members also welcomed the Wreaths Across America convoy at the New Jersey Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial in Holmdel, NJ,on its route from Columbia Falls, ME,to the Arlington National Cemetery.

Wreaths Across America matched Withum’s sponsored wreath total by 0.5 wreaths. For the 2021 holiday season, Wreaths Across America coordinated more than 2.4 million sponsored veterans’ wreaths for placement by volunteers at 3,136 participating locations across the country on December 18, National Wreaths Across America Day.
