WithumSmith+Brown, PC launches new brand, logo


WithumSmith+Brown, PC (“Withum”), Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is pleased to announce it has launched a new logo as part of its brand strategy.

“Withum’s brand is a reflection of our people, our culture… our strength,” says Bill Hagaman, the accounting firm’s managing partner and CEO. “Our new logo is an extension of our brand promise – to be bold, innovative and accessible — for our clients, our communities and our staff. It is a positive expression of our underlying values — what we call the Withum Way.”

With the former logo being designed 15 years ago, the firm’s leadership team decided it was time to freshen its look in light of the reenergized spirit the firm has been feeling while experiencing the exciting growth and new opportunities that have come about in the past few years. This growth includes the expansion of their New Brunswick, NJ and Orlando, FL, offices achieved through strategic partnerships adding approximately 150 new staff members to the firm’s roster; the addition of a Boston, MA office, creating a physical presence up and down the Eastern seaboard; and also adding new practice areas including services to the Auto Dealership and Timeshare industries, and enhancing its Management Consulting Services.

It was also decided to go to market simply as “Withum,” as many of the firm’s staff and clients generally refer to the company in that manner. “It just makes sense to shorten the name,” states Hagaman. “But WithumSmith+Brown, PC, still remains our official corporate name and you will see the full name displayed this way on tax returns, financial statements and other important client documents.”

The elements of the new logo include the “Withum” name in bold typeface, a superscripted plus sign as its mark, and the words “audit, tax, advisory” as the tagline.

“Our new logo aligns perfectly with our brand, reflecting strength, innovation and boldness in its unique design,” states Rhonda Maraziti, Chief Marketing Officer at Withum. “Our mark is a plus sign, the universal symbol in the accounting profession representing ‘being in the black’ and positive results, also reflecting our mission to be an addition to every client’s team. It is a perfect representation of our firm.”

The new logo will be reflected on the firm’s website at www.withum.com, its print and digital ads displayed in a variety of business and industry-specific publications, and in all of the materials related to firm communications and promotional efforts.
