Withum is excited to share that Zack Smith, Team Leader of the Real Estate Valuation Services Team, has been appointed to the Executive Committee for the International Institute of Mineral Appraisers (IIMA).
Zack will serve as the Secretary, responsible for internal and external communications, public relations, memberships and record keeping. It is a 2-year term by which he and the entire executive committee will oversee and manage the institute’s operations. Zack previously served as the Chair of the Continuing Education (CE) Committee, where he oversaw CE guidelines and requirements and assisted members with the process and compliance.
The IIMA’s mission is to advance the profession, establish and certify qualifications, and promote high standards of ethical conduct among its members.
Zack’s extensive experience in the Real Estate Valuation, Appraisal and Consulting space gives him the expertise necessary to help promote the IIMA’s mission and support its members. He has over 10 years of experience and has performed valuations in over 40 states on various property types, from residential to industrial and special-use properties.
