The Manufacturing Cabinet – An Industry Initiative
Background
As the Founding Members of the Manufacturing Cabinet, we recognize the history, successes, and value of Manufacturers in the development of our regional economy. This sector is undergoing a modern-day renaissance, given the national and regional recognition of the importance of quality Manufacturing jobs and the effects of this stimulus on our economic growth and expansion. There are over 10,500 manufacturing businesses and 360,000 jobs we need to support in our state.
We are delighted to form this Cabinet to provide a forum for all manufacturers to gather and cultivate relationships and offer insight on best practices and strategies along the Supply Chain. We salute the innovation of our colleagues in this sector and invite you to join in this effort.
Objectives
We are committed to developing an ongoing program of quarterly networking events and symposiums that are dedicated to the needs of the Manufacturing Community. We will draw from our members, stakeholders, area companies and individuals to provide guidance on matters which impact our industry and emerging trends to address in your operations.

Mission Statement
- To sponsor personal, professional and business growth and provide networking opportunities for the Manufacturing community

- To provide our colleagues with the ability to expand their circle of influence and gain critical educational programs
- Serve as a conduit with our government leaders and agencies to advocate for a better business environment for Manufacturers.
